Incident Narrative: Minimal fire behavior was observed during the operational period. Cooler temperatures, increased relative humidity levels, on-shore winds and the return of the marine layer are expected to bring continued decreased fire behavior. All residential areas have been repopulated. The public is reminded to remain vigilant and to monitor changes in weather and fire conditions. Please drive slowly as emergency crews and equipment are working throughout the fire area. Damage inspection is still taking place and the current information is reflected in this update. Expected Full Containment: 10/14/2017
