Free Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening Program
(only available for California Women)
We Provide the following FREE Referral Services:
VACF organizes monthly screening day and collaborates with local community health clinics, cancer centers and private physicians, to make these services accessible to Vietnamese women.
Qualifications:
BCEDP (Breast Cancer Early Detection Program)
Female 40 years of age and over
Income below 200% of Federal Poverty Level (see the chart below)
Uninsured or under-insured (under insured is defined as any insurance policy that requires an out-of-pocket co-payment large enough to prevent patient from having a breast cancer screening)
Note: BCEDP does not require documentation, SS# is not required.
To qualify for Cervical Cancer Screening (PAP smear), woman must meet above criteria
BUT there is NO age limit.

Sign up for free hepatitis B & C screenings. Contact VACF at (714) 751-5805. Or download the hepatitis registration form (click on the link below), print, complete the form and fax back to VACF at (714) 751-5824. If you are qualify, VACF will mail you the notice of the next available screening.
